Diligent practice has turned our little competition team into the most successful high performance centre in Halton! Just in 2025 alone, we turned out provincial and national champions, as well as a Pan American bronze medal!
Our athletes have an army of coaches to help them develop in any way they need, from provincial and national coaches to fitness and mental health experts. Our team is growing each year and it feels like it’s just getting started!
